Our mission is to break down systemic barriers and foster stability for future generations.

Serve + Lead Family Agency exists to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate real-life challenges and work toward stability. Our mission is to help break down systemic barriers by providing practical support, meaningful opportunities, and a strong sense of community.

Through urban farm-based programs, life skills training, entrepreneurship, and parent support, we focus on preserving families, empowering youth, and restoring confidence. We serve individuals facing financial hardship, youth connected to the foster care system, and families at risk of separation due to a lack of resources, not a lack of love. With the support of our partners and donors, we are able to create safe, supportive environments where people can grow, gain skills, and move toward a more stable and hopeful future.

Who We Serve:

• Individuals who qualify as "low-income" interested in gaining hands on training in career skills and trades.

• Individuals navigating financial hardship

• Teens who are transitioning out of foster care, have already aged out, or have a direct connection to the foster care system.

• Families doing their best, who are at risk of losing their children due to lack of resources, not lack of love

• Former foster youth and young families facing housing instability and homelessness.
